Case Studies - Voorhees, NJ - Undisclosed Business - August 4, 2007
This was our second time investigating these business offices. The owner asked us to return to see what else we could document. The employees here continue to encounter strange happenings, including the the water in the bathrooms being turned on when no one is near. A cloaked, shadowy figure is still seen as he swiftly moves through the halls and offices.
We did return this night and as it turns out, the spirits had more to say than they did during our first investigation at this location! To see what we found on first investigation, click here.
Our team did not end up with very many pictures this night, but one of our guest investigators did. In fact, she pretty much "stole" all of the positive photos! Or perhaps she was just really in tune! In any event, we include her pictures here because they are incredible! We hope you enjoy the evidence here as much as we have enjoyed bringing it to you!

Once again, upon reviewing our audio, we discovered a salty-tongued spirit! It seems we've picked up quite a bit of foul language lately! In this instance, Investigator Bove' was the recorder of the EVP. As always, it is available in our Adults Only section.
This is a pretty amazing EVP recorded by Investigator Halpin in the reception area of the business offices! In the beginning of the clip, you will hear each of our two young guest investigators say "flash" as they are taking pictures. An older female then scolds, "Girls, don't do that." She is immediately followed by younger female saying, "I know." Listen
Investigator Halpin and her team had been sitting on the owner's office when
Investigator Bove' said she felt a presence just outside in the common area
of the second floor. As the team exited the office with recorder in
hand, Investigator Halpin captured this female voice saying, "Yeah, then
they're coming in to get me."

Once positioned in the second floor common area, Investigator Halpin
recorded this female spirit advising, "That's uncool."

At the same time the above EVP was recorded, Investigator Bove' picked up an older female who sarcastically proclaims, "I found trouble!" Listen
Just a moment later, Investigator Bove' recorded this discontented male spatting, "All those people!" Apparently, our presence was not appreciated by everyone... Listen
Everyone on the team settled into the new area, but Investigator Rogozin decided to walk around. It was at this time Investigator Halpin recorded this female voice saying, "George is that way," followed by a second voice saying, "Uh-huh," in agreement. It should be noted that Investigator Rogozin's first name is George. Listen
The building we investigated had been previously used for a time as a doctor's offices and treatment rooms. It was no surprise, then, when Investigator Bove' discovered this EVP of a man declaring, "I'm breathing funny." Listen
While in a first floor conference room, Investigator Halpin recorded the clear voices of three young boys! It sounds as though they are playing hide and seek, except the older child at the end of the clip isn’t really playing – he sounds like he just agreed to play, then hid in an obvious place – at least that’s how he sounds! Listen as the first boy says, “Found you,” followed immediately by another boy saying, “Good spot.” The third boy says dispassionately, “I’m here, right in here.” Offered is the original clip and then each boy clipped separately to be heard more clearly. While sitting in the reception area, Investigator Halpin recorded the voices of two women. The first is a bit soft, but clear, saying, "Just look at me." She is followed by a louder female saying, "Good morning." There were investigators talking during this exchange and their voices have been edited out as best as possible. Listen
Investigator Bove' had handed Investigator Rogozin a camera so he could see a picture that was taken. You'll hear him ask as he was handing the camera back to her, “Got it?” A young female spirit then says, “Where’d it go?” Listen
This spirit was rather rude!
When one of our guest investigators said "flash," a spirit chimes in, "Shut
up...shhh." This was recorded by Investigator Bove'.
