Case Studies - Laurel Lodge - Laurel Springs, NJ - September 9, 2006 It was back to the very active Laurel Lodge for a night of ghost hunting! We took this opportunity to take out a few of our newer members for some training. On previous visits, we were able to capture some compelling evidence. You can check out our first and second visits by clicking the respective links. On this trip, the spirits were in good voice and one team heard an audible whisper that was also captured on our audio equipment! We didn't capture much in the way of photographic or video evidence, but we have found that when the spirits are talkative, we end up getting very little visual evidence. By the same token, if we get a lot of pictures and video, we don't record many EVP. We offer some of our evidence here. -Click on a photo for a larger image-

EVP EVIDENCE In this clip recorded by Investigator Spring, you will hear Investigator K. Lenkowski announce that her camera just shut off by itself. She is followed by a woman with a British accent saying, "Oh, really." You will then hear two other female voices, each saying the word "camera." Listen In the lodge meeting room, Investigator Bove' picked up this deep male voice. Investigator Halpin states aloud that she has gone through "three sets of batteries," followed by the male saying, "Huh, okay." His voice is very loud and clear. Listen This is a very clear, interactive EVP that was captured in the lodge meeting room by Investigator Halpin! The team all got up and announced aloud that they were going to the next room, called the "ante room." You will hear what sounds like an adolescent male say, "See ya later." Listen Although not the most impressive EVP you'll find on our pages, this one is significant because it was audible to the investigators. You'll hear a very distant voice say, "See ya," followed by Investigator Bove' stating, "I swore I just heard a voice say, 'See ya.'" We offer here Investigator Bove's original version, along with an amplified clip. Original Amplified While in the lodge meeting room, Investigator Halpin's team was being rather quiet. It was during this time that her recorder picked up this woman's voice simply asking, "Who is there?" No one on her team spoke for several minutes before or after this EVP. Listen During a break in our investigation, all of our teams went outside into the summer night, leaving the lodge empty (of anyone living, that is). Investigator Halpin left an audio recorder running and picked up this strange little female voice saying, "Jack, help with him." Needless to say, no one named Jack was present this night. Listen During the same break time, and within a few seconds of the "Jack" EVP, Investigator Halpin's recorder picked up what sounds like a young child counting, "Two, three, four, fiiiive!" Listen
